Brynn Dombroski, Ph.D., M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Founder of the Autism Partnership Initiative

Dr. Brynn is a neuroscientist, board certified and licensed behavior analyst, as well as a certified ADOS-2 assessor. She is also a certified Maxwell Leadership speaker, trainer, coach, and DISC Personality Assessment Consultant who specializes in uncovering underlying conditions or limiting beliefs to help neurotypical and neurodivergent adults obtain dynamic success. Dr. Brynn works with individuals and teams on breaking down the barriers of communication and turning toxic talks into compassionate conversations. She provides executive life coaching to neurotypical and neurodivergent adults and parents of neurodiverse children.
